Paper Submissions

Full papers adhering to the format guidelines below should be submitted electronically no later than 23:59:00 (US Pacific Time) on April 15th May 7th, 2018 for peer review. Please use the following link to the paper submission website.

All accepted papers and late breaking reports must pay registration and authors must be present the paper in person at the conference for it to be included in the proceedings.

Paper Format Guidelines

  • Language: English
  • Paper Size: US Letter
  • Paper Format: Standard IEEE 6 page double column format.
  • Page Limitations: Authors can submit up to a maximum of 8 pages for the review process.
  • Authors should use either of the provided templates
  • Final submissions of accepted papers beyond 6 camera ready pages will be assessed a fee of US$100 US per page up to 8 pages.

Late Breaking Reports

Late Breaking Reports (LBR) are limited to two (2) camera-ready pages including figures for each report. Follow the paper formatting guidelines and templates above.

Demonstration Submissions

Robot Demonstrations are welcome. Please submit a one page description of how your system will be compelling for safety, security, or rescue robot developers and users. Images and video of the demo are encouraged.  Please refer to the Call for Robot Demonstrations for details on available facilities at the conference and safety guidelines.
